FAQ
-
What does open pollination mean? All of our peppers were grown next each other, meaning that two pepper plants may have pollinated each other. This means that there is a tiny chance you will end up with slightly different looking or even tasting peppers —which is not necessarily a bad thing!
-
When can I expect my seeds? That entirely depends on where we're shipping to. All seed envelopes are sent via Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping within Canada should take up to four days, depending on the province. To the US: 4 to 6 business days. International: 4 to 7 business days.
-
What are the processing times for each order? Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed.
-
My seeds aren't germinating. What do I do?Germinating pepper seeds isn't always easy and can take up to over a month! Make sure your temperatures are high enough (a common thing that is often overlooked), within 21 and 35 degrees Celsius.
