Aji Confusion

Confusing indeed! You'll find two different phenotypes when searching for this Cap. Baccatum. A white, mild pepper with a crunch that is great for snacking, in salsas or even salads. The curious shape is a hit with not only pepper heads and we lost the cream white colour. You'll be tempted to pick these too early when they are a very light shade of green but it's best to wait until the pods are fully white. 
True to its Cap. Baccatum species, it grows into a bushy plan with multiple stems from the base as opposed to the Y shape you'll often find with Cap. chinense peppers.
